We are looking for a new team member that can help support our dynamic client base. We are looking for a professional person that is motivated, organized, honest, reliable, a quick learner and enjoys working with people in a fun team environment.

Job Responsibilities & Duties

·         Managing requests to make sure customers receive a great experience

·         Servicing customers in a professional and timely manner

·         Marketing to existing customers including social media campaigns

Job Requirements

·         High School or equivalent, associates/bachelors in business/marketing a plus

·         Strong customer service focus in a professional and timely manner

·         Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and coachable

·         Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude with ability to multi-task
